L'Oreal Color Riche Caresse Lipstick in Sunset Angora Review

These lip butters never end, do they?  Today we have L'Oreal's answer to Revlon in the form of Color Riche Caresse Lipsticks.  I can't say I mind this trend too much as I'm partial to these more moisturizing, sheer lip colors than the more traditional lipsticks.  So how does Caresse stack up? Covergirl Blast Flipstick Review

Ombre is one of those trends, much like naked palettes and lip butters, that will not go away.  Not that any of them need to go away necessarily, they just seem extra permeating.  Covergirl has attempted to make the application of ombre cover to the lips easier with their Blast Flipsticks.  I got a chance to try out 3 of them through Bzzagent and you can check them after the jump!

Revlon Colorstay Ultimate Suede Lipstick in Backstage Review

Whenever Revlon comes out with something new it feels like a big deal to just about everyone.  A little while ago, when these Ultimate Suede Lipsticks came out with the name "ColorStay" attached to it, they were no exception.  It was no where near the pandemonium that the Lip Butters caused, but they perked interests none the less.  I found them and decided to buy the shade in Backstage.  Check it out!

Glossybox USA September 2012: Better Late Than Never :)

If you follow me on Facebook or Twitter, you've already heard this apology but I'm gonna say it again:  I'm sorry I've been rather MIA lately.  It's midterm/project/group work time in grad school right now and I just haven't been able to sit still long enough to put out quality posts.  One of the casualties of this situation has been September's Glossybox, which I've had a while now and am just now getting around to showing.  And that's a real shame because it's quite awesome....

More Wet n' Wild Mega Shield Lip Color Swatches!

You may remember a while ago when I first reviewed the Wet n' Wild Mega Shield Lip Colors.  I wasn't thrilled with the colors I had purchased but thought that the product itself was decent.  I've since seen swatches of more shades which led me to purchase three more of them during a recent Rite Aid 40% off sale on the brand.  I must say that the shades in Salsa Lessons, It's a Girl, and Within These Adobe Walls are much more up my alley!.

NYX Round Lipsticks Swatches!

You all know my love for NYX's Mega Shine Lip Glosses (reviews here and here), but I haven't yet raved about the company's other wonder:  their Round Lipsticks!  Aside from them being even cheaper than the glosses already are, they go on incredibly smooth and remain lightweight and creamy throughout wear.  And like the glosses, the lipsticks come in a multitude of colors, boasting an unprecedented well over 120 shades!.  I'm talking, any and every shade you can imagine!  I have started my collection with only 3 since I'm not a big lipstick wearer, but that soon may change....  Swatches after jump!

Rimmel Lasting Finish Lipstick Swatches: Now that's more like it!

You may recall a few weeks ago when I proclaimed my displeasure with Rimmel's Moisture Renew Lipsticks.  In my haste of trying to return those to the store I forgot to share the swatches I had of Rimmel's Lasting Finish Lipsticks.  It's a shame because I actually really like these a great deal more than the Moisture Renews.  I got 2 shades:  Airy Fairy & Kate Moss 08.  Check out the swatches after the jump!

Rimmel Moisture Renew Lipstick Review & Swatches

I've been sitting on these swatches of the Rimmel Moisture Renew Lipsticks I picked up a few weeks ago, not sure if I wanted to even post about them.  Talking about products that I don't really like bums me out, so when one comes along I try to pretend like it really doesn't exist, as bizarre as that sounds.  But I also believe it's my duty to share my experiences with all of you, be them good or bad, after all that's what blogging is all about.  So I'm just going to be straight with you, I didn't really like these lipsticks.  I tried really hard to as they seemed right up my alley and I hear a lot of raves about them, but they just didn't suit me.  I did, however, realize something while playing with these that will help me in future lipstick purchases.  Find out what that was, along with swatches, after the jump!
