Tarina Tarantino Emerald Pretty Eyeshadow Palette Swatches!

There are 2 things you are probably aware of right now:  1) Tarina Tarantino products are 40% off at Sephora right now, and 2) Sephora is currently holding their Friends and Family Sale for VIBs and BIs.  If you didn't know that before, well, you do now.  I'm telling you all this because I recently purchased Tarina Tarantino's Emerald Pretty Palette and it's AH-MAZZZZING!  So I wanted to throw these swatches out at you ASAP since I think the the Sephora F&F sale is going to be dunzo tomorrow.

KILLER DEAL ALERT: 2 New Awesome Sale Items at Sephora!

Get your ass to Sephora.com right now!

I get up this morning and lo and behold, Sephora has put 2 items on sale that I've been drooling over for months now:  the Sephora + Pantone Shades of Nature Palette and the Color of the Year Collector's Edition Set featuing Tangerine Tango.

Just a reminder, the palette was first released at $55, then marked down to $48.  Now you can get it for $17!  The Tangerine Tango set I believe, although not sure, started out around $60, but then marked down to $34.  It's now priced at $21!

You're getting an amazing deal here for the sale price, especially with the Tangerine Tango set!

So if you've had your eyes either of these items, head on over to Sephora's sale page before they sell out.  And if, by the time you get there, they are sold out, don't freak.  I've noticed that a lot of stuff on Sephora's sale page goes in and out of stock frequently so keep checking!

My Latest Obsession: Sneakpeeq.com!

A few days ago I received one of my regular alerts from the You Tell Me page over at NouveauCheap.blogspot.com (if you're not currently subscribed to this page, you need to do that now.  I get so many heads-up on sales going on from there.  You can view/subscribe here).  This particular alert was about a sale where I could get Velour Falsies (which are normally expensive as hell), for a steep discount!

This sale was at Sneakpeeq.com and, although I passed on the Velour Lashes, I've been hooked on this site ever since!  Sneakpeeq is kind of like Hautelook but a little cooler.  They add different boutiques/brands to their site everyday at 9am PST (12pm where I am on the east coast) just like Hautelook.  Then you can click on the different products for sale and see their descriptions and regular retail price.  But in order to see the actual discounted "Sneakpeeq" price you have to click the "peeq" button under the price tag.  You only get 20 Peeq's at the different products a day, and I find that much more than enough for me personally.

My favorite thing about this website is that as you "Peeq" around on the site, you get cool little badges to give you additional discounts.  Just for signing up you get a $10 off badge and I also got a free gift badge!  And everyday I get multiple badges for Peeq-ing at different items like $7 off, 25% off, 10% off, free shipping, etc.

Yesterday, I got the Real Techniques Eye Brush Set for $7 (with my $10 off and free shipping badges)!  I also took them up on their free gift.  From what I can tell on the website it's a rustic-looking bracelet with flowers suspended in amber (yes, I'm obsessed with my namesake :-p).  According to the website, it had an original retail price of $60 and a Sneakpeeq price of $32.  But all I had to pay for was the shipping, which was only $4.95.  From what I can tell so far, I'm not sure it's possible to purchases anything on that site without getting some sort of extra discount.

I think the site's focus is on smaller brands that are trying to get their names out there and making them more accessible to consumers.  They feature anything from makeup and skin care, jewelry and bags, to lifestyle products like food, decor, and even electric bikes!  And that's only what I've seen within the last 3 days of hearing of the website.

I really think you're missing out if you don't at least check this site out.  You might find yourself something really interesting, and at a great bargain.  I'm not sponsored by this site or anything, I just think it's really cool.  You can sign up here!

A Quick Math Lesson with Tarte Clean Slate Primer Trio

This has probably been brought up before, but I noticed a potentially good deal on Sephora involving the Tarte Clean Slate Primer Trio.

KILLER DEAL ALERT!!! Get All 3 TheBalm Shady Lady Palettes for the Price of 1!!!!

Source
I was hella pissed when I found out about theBalm being at TJ Maxx way late and wasn't able to take advantage of the awesome deals.  If you're like me though, you have a second chance because today, and today only, you can go to theBalm.com and get all 3 volumes of the ShadyLady palettes for the price of one.  That means you get 3 palettes for $39.50, or about $13 each!  You can't get much better than that, especially since when theBalm makes appearances on Hautelook the ShadyLady palettes tend to be around $20.  But remember, if you want this you gotta get over there today!

Pretty Decent Deal Alert for Beauty.com!! 33% Discount!!

Recently I heard that Beauty.com was having their Family & Friends 20% off sale, which I wasn't all that excited about.  When you add it up, 20% isn't really that much for me to spend money that I really shouldn't be spending in the first place.  But while wandering through Ebates I noticed that they had Beauty.com as 13% back!  That means you will be getting a total 33% discount off of your purchase.  Obviously the savings is not immediate, but Ebates pays out quaterly as long as your balance is $5 or above I think so you won't have to wait too long for the full discount to take effect.  I'm definitely checking the sale out now!  The site also has free shipping over $25 and 5% back rewards :)  They have many of the same brands and products that Sephora and Ulta carry.

Beauty.com's sale ends 5/18 and I'm not sure if the Ebates 13% back special will last through the week or if it's just for today, so you may want to hurry if you're interested!

You can check out the Friends and Family Sale here on Beauty.com, and if you don't have an Ebates (it's basically just an online rebates program, no catch) account already and want more information, you can sign up here at Ebates.com

CVS Beauty Clearance Time!!!

The Beauty Clearance Sale at CVS is upon us again, so I rushed to the stores near me (there are only 3 in the entire state of Delaware and I'm lucky enough to live near 2 of them) to take advantage.  Sadly, however, I saw no clearance stickers.  But I never take no for an answer so I took some products to the coupon/price scanner and sure enough they had the clearance price.  That's when I grabbed a basket and loaded it up.  All the products you see in the above photo were 75% off!  And believe me, I'm not finished.  I'm going back as soon as an acceptable amount of time has passed that the store employees don't think I'm stalking the store :)  Anyways...here's what I hauled so far after the jump!

My First Trip to Big Lots!

Ok, so technically this wasn't really my first trip to Big Lots.  I went there a few times when I was a kid with my mom, but this was my first trip there when I was the one shopping.  I know one of the only ones who have been sleeping on this awesome bargain shop, but it never even came into my mind to go in there for beauty deals.  So I randomly popped in one day last week and got myself a pretty decent mini-haul for EIGHT DOLLARS!  I couldn't believe the discounts on brand name stuff.  Here's what I snagged:

Bumpits.......................................................$1.00
Epielle Aloe Vera Cleansing Tissues 60-ct................$2.00
Smooth Away................................................$2.50
Pack of 2 Fashion Tweezers...............................$1.00
Bio true Contact Solution Travel Size....................$1.50
Total..........................................................$8.00 :)

What's the best deal you've ever found at Big Lots?
