Rocking Out With theBalm's Balm Jovi Rockstar Face Palette!

I missed out on theBalm's The Balm and the Beautiful Palette a couple years ago (the one that was the same as the Muppet's palette) so I promised myself that wouldn't happen again.  So enters last holiday's Balm Jovi Palette that's absolutely adorable....in a totally kick ass rockstar kind of way, of course.

E.L.F. Studio Baked Blush in Rich Rose Review

E.L.F.'s newer baked products haven't perked my fancy much for some reason I'm not sure of.  But I did decide to throw one in my basket after hearing a lot of pleasantries about it.  Check out the Baked Blush in Rich Rose after the jump!

E.L.F. Studio HD Blush Review

E.L.F.'s Studio HD Blush is probably my favorite release from the brand.  I'm not speaking on the actual product, just the unexpectedness of it.  Who would've anticipated a brand like E.L.F. coming out with a product like this?  So it was a no brainer that I would have to buy each shade available....

ELF Contouring Blush & Bronzing Cream Review

ELF's Contouring Blush & Bronzing Powder has been a longstanding favorite among those who look for the feel of NARS without the hefty NARS price tag.  Seeing that the company came out with a cream version of the top product I couldn't wait to try it.

ELF Studio Blush in Gotta Glow Review!

I see this one picture of Kim Kardashian almost every day.  It's of the side of her face, which has has been heavily contoured and highlighted, and she looks fabulous.  I'm assuming the highlighter is NARS Albatross, a well known favorite of hers.  I'd love to have it myself but its price is a little steep for me these days, so when I saw that ELF had a similar blush I figured I'd pick one up...

I Got To Try Out Mia Mariu Products!

It's times like these when I'm glad I write a blog instead of filming YouTube videos, because I have no I idea how to pronounce the name of the brand I'm telling you about today :)  About a month ago, I was given the chance to play with some of products of my choice from Mia Mariu, a company I had never heard of until now.  Needless to say, I had no idea what to expect but I've finally had the time to really use them so take the jump to take a peek :)

Tarte Fantastic Foursome Amazonian Clay Blush Enthusiast Set for Holiday 2012

As a makeup freak, this is just about the best time for me due to the high frequency of holiday releases.  Many of these are on my Xmas List so I won't be able to showcase them until after Christmas Day, but I did buy a few for myself recently.  Among them is the Tarte Fantastic Foursome Blush Set.  Check it out!

Lorac Unzipped: The Nude Collection Review

Despite my ever growing collection of nude/naked/natural/neutral shadows due to recent trends, I've really been going back and forth over whether to buy the Lorac Unzipped palette.  Having both the Urban Decay Naked Palette and theBalm Nude Tude Palette, I've been reluctant to fork over another $40 for the same type of product I already have a couple times over.  So when Hautelook hosted a Lorac sale a couple of months ago I was able to compromise with myself:  instead of buying the big $40 palette, I bought the Unzipped Nude Collection set for only $20!

My First Darling Girl Cosmetics Haul! (SPOILER: I Love Everything!)

Sometimes I get tired of the monotony of the bigger-named brands in the cosmetics industry and I like to look into what the more indie brands have to offer.  I'm so happy that the first indie company that I've ordered from has turned out to be awesome!  This company is Darling Girl Cosmetics, and I'm not going to make you read this entire post to tell you that I'm in love with everything!  But you should still keep reading for some swatches =)

Benefit's Cabana Glama is on Sale at Sephora, and You Should Probably Get It...

This summer season of 2012, Benefit put out a cute little kit called Cabana Glama.  When I first saw it I really wasn't all that interested but when it recently went on sale at Sephora for $19 (down from it's original price of $36) I figured, "Eh, what the hell, I'll add it to my cart".  Now, after using it for the past couple weeks, I'm here to tell you that you might want to grab it too because I'm in love with it and I know some of you will be too!

Sephora Hot Hues Bronzers: So it's You I've Been Looking For?

If you've read my review of Avon's Super Shock Liquid Lip Shines, you know that I LOVE oversized cosmetics!  Sephora has been another company popping these giants out as well, and I picked up the 2 shades of their Hot Hues Bronzers from the sales section at my local store.  I was really excited that both the shades turned out to be 2 of the exact kind of shades I've been looking for for a long time.  Take the jump for more!

Say Hello to My New Best Friend! LORAC Croc Palette Review

Ok, I'm totally OBSESSED with this palette!  This is by far not a new product, but it was recently on sale (for a very short time) on Sephora's website for $18 so I grabbed it, and boy am I glad I did.  It's the perfect everyday, on-the-go palette and I have, in fact, been using it everyday since it arrived on my doorstep!  Check it out!

Doesn't this look TO DIE FOR? Milani Illuminating Powder Review

So I finally got it!  Ever since I first laid eyes on Milani's Illuminating Powder I've been obsessed with getting it (I first mentioned the product here). It looked so darn precious, I couldn't resist!  But once I got past the cutesy packaging, the awesome train derailed for a second when I stopped to consider the product's claims of being a bronzer, illuminator, and blush all at once  Those are some big pants to have yourself fill, and I find that most products that claim to be "all-in-one" don't deliver as promised.  Find out if Milani's Illuminating Powder in Hermosa Rose came through for me after the jump!

Pretend You're In a Winter Wonderland with Physicians Formula Cashmere Wear Blush

Thinking of cashmere sweaters isn't something I've done in a long time until I came across this blush.  You see, I guess Mother Nature hasn't flipped her calendar to the winter months yet here where I live as yesterday was in the 60s.  I personally don't mind much, but if you've missed the feel of being wrapped up in warm cashmere goodness, you may want to consider getting next to Physicians Formula's new Cashmere Wear Ultra-Smoothing Blush in Rose.  Not only will it give you a cashmere fix with it's cute packaging, but it will also give you the perfect frost-bitten rosy cheeks you used to get from playing in the snow.  Get ready to snuggle up after the jump!

ELF Studio Makeup Clutch Palette Review: Part 1

When I first laid eyes on the e.l.f. Studio Makeup Clutch Palette the phrase "extremely practical" came to mind.  Here you're provided with almost everything you need to create an infinite amount of looks for day or night.  It seemed like it would become a travel essential, so during the Cyber Monday sale last year I plopped it in my cart.  The price right now on e.l.f stands at $15 and if you wait for a sale you could definitely grab this for $7.50 :)  Now, does it live up to my expectations?  Check it out after the jump!

E.L.F. Studio Cream Blushes Review & Swatches!

L-R:  Heartbreaker, Flirt, Seductress
Note:  Normally I like to give you guys pictures of products when I first get them so you can get an idea of what to expect if you were to purchase.  In the case of these E.L.F. Studio Cream Blushes, I 've had these for a long time, way before I started this blog.  So sorry for the above picture with my finger prints all over them.
But anyway, on to the actual review!  I'm a big fan of these blushes from E.L.F.  They're very unique in formula and they work very well to provide your cheekers with a natural flush.  Read on for more info and swatches of the blushes in Heartbreaker, Flirt, and Seductress.
